A bulldozer is an earthmoving machine designed to push large quantities of rubble, soil, sand and other loose materials. They were originally used by farmers as tractors to plow and clear land. Over time, dozers have evolved to accommodate a variety of environments and applications with high levels of efficiency.
Pass mark is less than 20 penalty points and no mandatory disqualifications
Time allowed is 2 hours 45 minutes
The objective of the NPORS Dozer (N215) course with TUPPCO Training is to equip learners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to safely operate a dozer on construction, civil engineering, landscaping, and industrial sites. This NPORS Dozer N215 training focuses on safe earthmoving, blade control, hazard awareness, and compliance with NPORS and UK industry standards.
TUPPCO Training ensures operators are fully competent in dozer operations, improving site efficiency, productivity, and operational safety.
Understand dozer controls, functions, and operational limitations
Learn correct PPE, operator responsibilities, and NPORS-approved safety procedures
Conduct pre-use inspections, defect reporting, and daily maintenance checks
Operate the dozer safely when pushing, levelling, grading, and moving materials
Identify hazards including overturning, blade obstruction, ground instability, and site traffic
Apply NPORS-approved safe manoeuvring, earthmoving, and blade operation techniques
Develop confidence in working in confined spaces, uneven terrain, and complex site conditions
By the end of this NPORS Dozer N215 training, learners will be fully competent in safe and efficient dozer operation, ensuring safer site operations and improved material handling.
Upon successful completion of the NPORS Dozer (N215) course with TUPPCO Training, learners will receive an official NPORS N215 certificate, confirming competence in safe dozer operation in accordance with NPORS standards.
This qualification is nationally recognised and widely accepted in construction, civil engineering, landscaping, and industrial sectors.
