Tuppco is an on-site Health & Safety training provider offering a range of courses expertly delivered by qualified instructors. Tuppco is an approved training provider with NPORS, Lantra and Qualsafe Awards.

With our vast network of certified instructors and ability to deliver training on-site, we are able to meet the training demands of our clients anywhere within 60 miles of our base in the heart of the Cotswolds.

We deliver training with deep expertise and integrity. Our considered and proportionate approach ensures that clients receive the services they need, ultimately ensuring that course attendees go away confident in what they have learnt and able to operate safely in their working environment thereafter. Our high client retention and satisfaction rates are evidence of this.

ABOUT THE TEAM

Bertie Tupper

Founder and lead Instructor

Bertie is an expert training provider and Health & Safety specialist. Prior to forming Tuppco, his career in agriculture and construction, starting in the UK, took him to Australia and New Zealand, where he operated a range of machinery and equipment.

Berties heart, though, is in England, and after returning from New Zealand in 2019, it was a natural progression to bring together his vast experience and set up Tuppco, a now leading on-site Health & Safety training provider.

Bertie is an accredited instructor of over 25 courses through NPORS and Lantra and overseas Tuppco’s national network of partner instructors.

The team

Maxine Holloway

General Manager

Maxine is a Country & Agriculture enthusiast and experienced General Manager. Having previously acted as GM for a Country Sporting and apparel shop, Maxine is knowledgeable about Tuppco’s agricultural heritage and has a proven practical skillset to ensure its efficient running.

Maxine runs a tight ship at Tuppco, responsible for everything from bookings to client relationships, marketing to complaints (not that we have any, of course!).

CONSULT

We offer a free consultation where we undertake a training needs assessment for our client, their people and their environment. Initial consultations can be in-person or via Teams or Zoom.

PLAN

A training plan is created based on relationship development, site suitability, risk mitigation, land preservation and up-to-date legislation.

DELIVER

Our training courses are thorough and informative and delivered by certified, expert instructors. Collaborating with attendees, our instructors give candidates the confidence they need to put into practise what they have learnt, in their workplace.

MAINTAIN

We look beyond the norm and provide support and guidance to future-proof the safety of our customers, their property and environments.
